Return and Refund Policy
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you change your mind and wish to make a return or an exchange you must notify us within 14 days in writing by letter, email or filling in the contact form below, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulation.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.

Sending an email:
Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund your money, less any collection fee e.g. returns costs (unless you have returned the items at your own expense).
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items, for UK items there will be a charge of £10.00 per box. You can either arrange to send back the item yourself or we can arrange the collection for you using our courier service.
Please contact us and we will advise you of the collection cost.
IS YOUR ITEM FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please note that these cases must be reported within 24 hours of a signed delivery.
We will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a replacement. Our customer services team are here to help, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an issue with your order.
We will then offer you either the choice of an exchange of faulty part or product, or collection with full refund.
